Sustainability in action
Sustainability is not just what we talk about, it is how the festival is delivered.
The Sustainable BNE Festival prioritises waste reduction, recycling and composting across the site, with clear signage and dedicated stations to help visitors sort waste correctly. Reusable systems and low waste practices are encouraged throughout the event.
Our goal is to continue moving towards a waste free festival and set a strong example for responsible event delivery in Brisbane.
You can help by bringing a reusable water bottle, choosing low waste options and following signage on the day.
