Brisbane residents are being invited to have their say in the future of one of the city’s most important environmental corridors, with the launch of the 2025 Oxley Creek Social Values Survey.

Led by the Brisbane Sustainability Agency, the annual survey plays a key role in shaping the transformation of Oxley Creek into a vibrant network of parks, reserves and ecological spaces. Community feedback helps guide planning and improvements across the entire corridor.

The survey explores how people use these green spaces, what they value most and what would encourage greater community engagement. All residents are encouraged to participate – whether they visit regularly or have never explored the area.

Participants will also go into the draw to win one of five $50 vouchers to the Rocklea Saturday Fresh Market. The survey takes around five minutes to complete and closes at 11:59 PM on 21 November 2025. Winners will be selected by random draw and contacted via email or phone. Previous survey results from 2021 to 2024 are also available online, offering insights into how community values have shaped long-term planning.
