Taking place in autumn, Brisbane City Council’s Green Heart Fair is Brisbane’s favourite sustainable living festival!  

The fair features over 120 of Brisbane’s leading sustainability experts ready to share practical tips and tricks to help you live a more eco-friendly life.  You’ll be treated to sustainability displays, workshops, eco-friendly products, free native plants, artisan markets, live entertainment, food trucks and more at these free, family and dog-friendly events.  

Don’t miss the Green Heart Fair at Victoria Park / Barrambin (access via Gilchrist Avenue, Herston) on Sunday 29 May. Follow us on Facebook and Instagram for the latest updates!

Brisbane City Council will be providing information to residents about how to live more sustainably including  reduced and smarter energy use, reduce waste, protecting Brisbane native plants and animals, being water smart and sustainable travel. This will help create a clean and green Brisbane.

Resilient Home Zone
This year the festival will have a new zone dedicated to helping residents create resilient homes. 
If you’re still on the road to recovery or want to prepare for future floods, come along to the Fair where you can learn about practical solutions including adopting flood resilient design, techniques and building materials to ‘build back better’.
