Enjoy the great outdoors in one of Oxley Creek’s numerous parklands.
Archerfield Wetlands District Park
The four-hectare District Park sits within the wider 150-hectare Archerfield Wetlands Parkland and includes a range of facilities for the community to connect with nature and each other. Park features include:
- a large adventure play space with water play features such as misting elements and water pumps, inspired by the site’s history as a water treatment plant
- a youth hub with basketball court
- a community event lawn
- a bush resources garden
- picnic shelters and barbeque facilities
- access to the Archerfield Wetlands Discovery Trail
- a versatile, bookable community meeting and event room
- Oxley Creek Catchment Association’s headquarters including a native plant nursery to support environmental rehabilitation of the Oxley Creek catchment

The Archerfield Wetlands District park playground has been designed to challenge and appeal to children from around the age of 6 up to 12. Children using the playground should be supervised at all times.

Graceville Riverside Parklands
A place to slow down, get active or celebrate with the community, Graceville Riverside Parklands is the gateway to Oxley Creek – a starting point for exploring the creek corridor by bike, watercraft or on foot. Facilities include:
- picnic areas and seating
- playground
- onsite toilets and car parking
- walking and cycling paths
- canoe and kayak launching pontoon and ramp

Warril Parkland
Explore the bushland, make mud pies at the billabong or build a cubby house, excitement awaits at Warril Parkland, one of the corridor’s southern-most reserves.
Warril Parkland in Larapinta has plenty to fire the imagination, with creative play spaces for children, bushwalking and bicycle trails and picnicking facilities.
Features include:
- nature-play playground incorporating water play
- shaded picnic areas, barbeques and seating
- lake edge boardwalk and pontoon
- birdwatching opportunities
- Warril Parkland Discovery Trail and the [[Green Heart / Junior]] Ranger Program
- three gravel walking & off-road cycling trails
