Green Heart Pop-Up
As part of Brisbane City Council’s Green Heart event program, we’re popping up at Mt Ommaney Centre with free native plants and Green Heart Ranger kids’ packs to give away.
There’ll be 500 free native plants given away from 9am each day thanks to Council’s free native plants program so be quick!
While you’re there, you can also chat with experts and learn simple tips and tricks to build flood resilience at home, to help you prepare for, live through and recovery quickly from flood events.
And if you’ve ever wondered what your household carbon footprint is you can take the Brisbane Carbon Challenge at the pop-up to learn about your household’s emissions and receive tips on how to reduce your emissions and save on bills.
Bus, bike or walk to Mt Ommaney Centre and visit the Pop-Up near Target from 9am on the 31st of March and 1st of April.
